In the main event of the evening, Kamil Magomedov showcased why he’s one of the top Lightweights in the world with a near-perfect performance, measuring Josh Togo in the first round, before finishing his Australian counterpart in the second.

Kamil and Togo started tentatively, each man reading the other’s moves and downloading the information. In time, they slightly opened up, with Josh concentrating on leg and body kicks and Magomedov using his karate to throw unorthodox strikes, and spinning kicks.

In the beginning of the second round, Kamil dropped Togo and diligently worked his way to Josh’s back, taking his time to make sure he had the best possible angle to lock in a rear-naked choke. Then, it was a matter of squeezing until Josh wanted no more. And the tap came at 1m28s of the second round.

There was controversy in the co-main event, as Murad Guseinov locked in a buggy choke on David Martinez, before the referee stepped in, with Martinez complaining that he was still conscious.

Elsewhere, there were many dramatic moments, and one of BRAVE CF’s craziest fights ever, as Randi Febian and Dewantoro Wibowo put on a remarkable show in little over six minutes of fighting. Febian nearly broke Wibowo’s arm, before Dewantoro threw an illegal strike on his way to finishing Randi. When the fight restarted, Febian almost sunk in another armbar, definitely dislocating Wibowo’s elbow.

However, there was no quit in Dewantoro, who refused to tap and the fight went to the second round. However, Febian shocked the world when he landed a huge left hook after being outstruck for the majority of the fight. Wibowo dropped and Randi finished him with strikes in one of BRAVE CF’s craziest fights ever.

Rizal Zulmi was three seconds away from claiming the fastest KO in BRAVE CF history. It only took him 15 seconds to stop Weerasak Phormsakha, in what was certainly the jaw-dropping moment of the night. The record, however, still belongs to Anton Turkalj, who needed 12 seconds to knock Konstantin Soldatov out at BRAVE CF 50, in April 2021.

After a crazy night of fights, BRAVE CF will give fans just enough time to catch their breath before moving on to Bahrain and the start of BRAVE International Combat Week. The largest combat sports festival in the world begins with BRAVE CF 77, on December 5, and will also feature BRAVE CF 79, on December 8, BRAVE CF 80, on December 15, and the IMMAF Asian Championships, between December 10 and December 16. Between that, BRAVE CF also returns to Brazil, for BRAVE CF 78 in partnership with Victorious MMA, on December 7.
