The “Knockout of the Night” award for the KWU SENSHI World Cup for Amateurs was given to local MMA champion Mitko Iliev, who dominated the 80 kg category and demonstrated his ability to successfully fight under different rules in the ring.
The special “Fighting Spirit” award deservedly went to Nikita Garas from Kazakhstan, who didn’t give up until the very end of his tough match against Brazilian fighter Luckei. The “Best Technique” award among the amateurs was received by the same Brazilian Ricardo Luckei, who won a hard-fought decision over Garas in the 85 kg category.
