Card for SuperKombat WGP Final Elimination on Oct. 2nd
On October 2nd in Milan, Italy SuperKombat returns with their World Grand Prix Final Elimination event, airing live on EuroSport. As always there will be a New Heroes event serving as the undercard featuring some up-and-comers. The real meat of the event happens on the main card that sees a main event between Catalin Morosanu vs. Tomasz Czerwinski. SUPERKOMBAT WGP FINAL ELIMINATION IN MILAN, ITALY - OFFICIAL FIGHT CARD
Superkombat, the European fighting championship leader on stand-up rules, will officially return to Milan, Italy, with one of the biggest events of the year host by a luxury location, Il Teatro Linear4Ciak. The World Grand Prix Final Elimination will be broadcasted live in more than 100 countries from 6 continents.
The Superkombat last visit in Italy was a raging success. That event, from November 2014 took place at Palaiper Monza and was sold out. Now, the Superkombat stars Catalin Morosanu, Andrei Stoica, Bogdan Stoica, Atakan Arslan and Amansio Paraschiv will make their comeback in the ring sustained by the local heroes as Giuseppe de Domenico and Alexandru Negrea. Superkombat WGP Final Elimination will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between "The Carpathian Death" Catalin Morosanu and MMA giant Tomasz Czerwinski. In the co-main-event, Superkombat cruiserweight champion Andrei Stoica will face Moldovian Pitbull Pavel Voronin. Also, two WTKA titles are on the line next Friday.
"As you know, Superkombat it's not only about fighting. It's about life style, charity, show. Italy has been such an important market to the Superkombat and we couldn't let a year go without delivering another spectacular show, this time for the fans around Milano. Also, I can announce that, the Prince of Romania will be in Italy that time and he confirmed his presence at the event. I'm very happy also about the location, looks very spectacular and for sure will be an unique show at Il Teatro Linear4Ciak", said Superkombat president, Eduard Irimia.
Italy hosted it's first Superkombat event in November 2013 at Carrara inside of the Oriental Festival, wich was visited by 150,000 people. In November 2014, at Palaiper from Monza, the event attracted a soldout crowd of 5,000. The event from October 2 is organised in association with Show Bees, Ferrari Promotion , WTKA and Eurosport.
Located in Zone 4 in East Milan, Linear4ciak is not only the largest tent-theatre in Northern Italy, it is also the ideal venue for anyone wishing to organize specific event, thanks to its extensive modular space.
